Mewbourne Oil Company is currently seeking a Tier 1 Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Tyler, TX! A Desktop Support Analyst at Mewbourne Oil Company must possess a positive attitude when working with others and have a helpful spirit when finding solutions.
This position is responsible for onsite and remote support of Tier 1 help desk tickets supporting infrastructure provided by the IT Department. The Desktop Support Analyst will provide day to day local and remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
